Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai – September 18, 2024: Vibhu’s Health Emergency and Ice Gola Chaos

The episode opens with a gripping scene where Anu, in a rage, threatens Tiwari’s life. Overcome by fear, Tiwari dreams that Anu has fatally attacked him, only to wake up and realize it was a nightmare. Angoori rushes to his side, concerned about his distress. She calms him down, assuring him it was just a dream, and then shifts her attention to the oppressive heat, asking Tiwari to do something about it.

In a lighter twist, Angoori is seen dancing happily by what appears to be a waterfall. In reality, she is simply watering the plants, while Vibhu watches her with admiration. The moment turns serious when Vibhu suddenly suffers a seizure upon seeing the water, collapsing in distress. Angoori quickly calls for assistance, and Teeka arrives to help, taking Vibhu back to his home.

Later, Teeka returns with his Gola stall and offers Angoori a cold treat to help her cool down. Angoori, feeling overheated, agrees to purchase one, but Teeka charges an extravagant 500 rupees. Tiwari, outraged by the exorbitant price, orders Teeka to leave and reprimands Angoori. Meanwhile, Vibhu, catching sight of the ice treat, has another seizure.

As Vibhu lies in bed shivering, Dr. Gupta examines him but admits he cannot identify a medical explanation for his symptoms. Frustrated, Tiwari criticizes Gupta, who, with Anu’s support, searches online for answers.

Gupta discovers that Vibhu is highly sensitive to cold and warns that exposure could have dire consequences. David tries to comprehend Vibhu’s condition, but Gupta departs after making his diagnosis. Anu insists that Tiwari must take immediate action.

On the balcony, Tiwari apologizes to Anu and promises to do whatever is necessary to help Vibhu. Anu sternly instructs him to keep all cold items away from Vibhu, threatening to lock him in a freezer if he fails to comply. Tiwari, visibly worried, agrees to her demands.

Meanwhile, Angoori, distressed by the heat, complains to Tiwari. He explains that he is prohibited from bringing cold items due to Vibhu’s condition. Angoori, feeling desperate, demands an ice gola within five minutes or she feels she will be overwhelmed by the heat. She threatens to call Ammaji if Tiwari does not comply. Feeling cornered, Tiwari agrees after Ammaji insists that he fulfill Angoori’s request.

Tiwari contacts Teeka, asking him to bring his Gola stall to their house. Teeka agrees but raises the price to a staggering 700 rupees per gola. Tiwari is astonished by the steep price and questions if Teeka is selling gold. Despite his shock, Tiwari acquiesces under Angoori’s pressure. Meanwhile, MasterJi, who is nearby, is also surprised by the high cost.

Back at home, Anu offers Vibhu some milk, but he declines. David, feeling warm, opens a window, causing Vibhu to shiver uncontrollably. Anu instructs David to close the window, but he leaves it open and walks away.

Tiwari, anxious about Vibhu’s condition, rushes to ensure that Vibhu’s house is secured and calls Teeka to deliver the ice golas quickly. Teeka arrives, and Tiwari orders several golas for Angoori. Teeka warns Tiwari to bring Angoori outside promptly to prevent the golas from melting. Tiwari hurries, fearing that Vibhu might come outside.

Angoori steps outside to enjoy her ice gola, but as Vibhu sees the treat, he suffers another seizure. Teeka and Angoori quickly leave, and Tiwari is left holding an ice gola when Anu arrives and scolds him for his mishandling of the situation.
