The episode kicks off with Kalyani confronting Ganga over her unexpected reappearance. Ganga stands her ground, declaring, “I can’t abandon Abhay or this home. I am married, and I must uphold that vow.” Abhay, visibly revolted, retorts, “This is absurd.

I don’t acknowledge this marriage. Just leave!” Chetan steps in to guide Ganga away, while Lalita observes the tension unfold, casually munching on chips and contemplating Ganga’s next steps. Kalyani firmly states, “You cannot claim to be part of our family or coerce my son into anything.”

In a heartfelt plea, Ganga insists that she was unaware of the marriage to Abhay. “Please let me stay; I promise I won’t overstep,” she implores. Kalyani, however, is unmoved and accuses Ganga of putting on a façade, dismissing her with contempt. Meanwhile, Lalita relishes her role in the situation and checks her phone for Ritu’s missed calls, deciding to return them.

Switching scenes, Akshay expresses his regrets to Neha, explaining, “I fell in love with Ritu, and marrying her was my only option.” Upset, Neha responds, “You can criticize me all you want, but you need to understand—Ritu isn’t my friend’s daughter.”

Perplexed, Akshay asks for more information, leading Neha to clarify, “Yes, she is Ritu. You’ve met her before.” Ritu appears confused as Akshay presses for details about Ritu’s relationship with Neha.

Ritu then questions Neha regarding Kalyani’s involvement, which shocks Akshay. “What do you mean she initiated this proposal?” Neha exclaims. Ritu accuses, “She’s deceitful to claim your son as hers. This isn’t your home. Why are you here?” Defiantly, Akshay responds, “This is my house, and I intend to find out who is pulling the strings.” Ritu agrees, and together they brace themselves for confrontation.

Meanwhile, Kalyani attempts to send Ganga to a shelter. Abhay receives a call from Ranjan, who congratulates him on his marriage, prompting Abhay to worry if Sakshi is aware of the situation. As family members start calling, everyone concocts lies to navigate their complications. Neha steps in to prevent Akshay and Ritu from leaving, insisting they must return home.

As Ganga tends to the tulsi plant, Ritu declares, “I refuse to step foot in this house.” Akshay insists, “We are married; you must complete the grahpravesh.” Distressed, Ritu replies, “This isn’t a joke; I need to speak with my mother.” He encourages her to call, while Neha prepares the grahpravesh ceremony.

Ritu reaches out to Lalita, and at that moment, Abhay’s sister Kirti attempts to offer Ganga money, which draws Lalita’s attention. Suddenly, Sakshi calls Abhay, inquiring about their engagement date. He evasively replies, “I’ve been busy with work; I’ll call you back.” As Lalita discreetly takes some cash and slips away, Kalyani chastises Kirti for her actions. Frustrated, Kirti storms off, leaving Kalyani to demand that Ganga exit once more.
