Kumkum Bhagya 7th October 2024 Written Episode Update: RV Uncovers Jassi’s Sinister Scheme to Abduct Poorvi
The episode begins with Sahil feeling a wave of relief after narrowly avoiding a financial disaster. He reflects on how a gang of men had robbed him and taken his money, leaving him bruised and shaken. While still processing the incident, Sahil is hit with another shock when a TV news report reveals that Nethra, during RV and her sangeet ceremony, had been recognized as Neha, a former bar dancer. This revelation leaves Sahil utterly dumbfounded. Meanwhile, Monisha steps in to escort Nethra back home, acknowledging the rumors swirling about her past. Yug, ever quick to add fuel to the fire, confirms that Nethra was indeed a bar dancer, and RV backs this up, stating that Nethra herself admitted to it. Determined to control the narrative before the media turns it into a scandal, Monisha insists on leaving with Nethra. Harleen agrees with Monisha’s decision, and Deepika praises her for handling the situation responsibly. Without further delay, Monisha and Neha make their exit.
As the sangeet draws to a close, Dadu advises Harleen to send the guests home, and Harleen obliges, ushering them out.
Elsewhere, Yug compliments Diya on orchestrating Neha’s shocking dance performance, but Diya feels uncomfortable with his praise. She shrugs it off and walks away, still affected by Vaishali’s earlier comments. Yug is left wondering if his mother’s words upset Diya more than she let on.
Meanwhile, Vaishali gradually regains consciousness, her head throbbing in pain. Disoriented, she tries to make sense of what happened. It becomes clear that intruders, disguised as household staff, had entered the house. Determined to alert her family, Vaishali gathers herself and heads to inform them.
On the other side of the city, Jassi has taken Poorvi, who is still unconscious, to a secluded factory. He watches her intently, expressing how her presence brings him peace, though he wishes she had come willingly. Jassi orders Shera to fetch a suitcase from the car. As Shera returns with it, Jassi reveals his disturbing plan to marry Poorvi, dismissing her marriage to RV as a sham. He pulls out a bridal dupatta from the suitcase, explaining that his mother had it custom-made for his future wife. With great care, he drapes it over Poorvi, proudly sharing that he even stole one of her dresses from her home to ensure that the bridal attire was tailored to her exact size.
Shera, somewhat skeptical, questions if the dress will actually fit Poorvi. Jassi confidently assures him it will, adding that he had intended to show the dress to Poorvi first but had instead revealed it to undeserving people like Shera. Now ready to unveil his twisted plan, Jassi wakes Poorvi from her unconscious state.
Poorvi, groggy and confused, demands to know where she is and insists on being taken home. Jassi, obsessed, declares that they will only leave after they are married. Poorvi is horrified and accuses him of dishonoring her family. She reminds him how RV has defeated him countless times, but Jassi, unfazed, brandishes a gun and fires a shot into the air, silencing her protests.
Meanwhile, Monisha drops Neha at home and tries to revive her. As Neha regains consciousness, she suddenly attacks Monisha, furious over her earlier humiliation. Monisha, not one to back down, fights back, determined not to let Neha ruin her hard work. In the struggle, Monisha shoves Neha, who collapses and faints once again.
Back at the mansion, Harleen becomes increasingly anxious, noticing that Vaishali has been missing for some time. Vaishali soon appears, clutching her head in pain. Dadu and Harleen, both worried, ask what happened. Vaishali recounts how she had been ambushed by three men disguised as waiters. Yug suggests that she should have called for help, but Vaishali reminds him that she was unconscious. She describes how the men were carrying a large bag and claimed they had accidentally brought in potatoes meant for the kitchen. As she began to inspect the bag, one of the men struck her, knocking her out.
The family is left bewildered, unsure of what the intruders might have taken. Deepika raises the question of why anyone would choose to steal during a crowded party. Just then, Juhi arrives and reveals that the men were not thieves, but kidnappers. She recalls how she had been briefly abducted by Jassi’s men before they released her.
Juhi explains that the real target of the kidnapping was Poorvi. As the pieces start falling into place, RV realizes that Jassi is behind Poorvi’s abduction. Diya confirms that Poorvi is indeed missing, and Harleen questions RV on how he is so certain. RV explains that the kidnappers, who had posed as waiters, were planning all along to take Poorvi, and Jassi is orchestrating it.
