“Maati Se Bandhi Dor” – 7th September 2024: Episode Summary

The episode begins with Vaiju serving food to the family. As Jaya arrives, Ranvijay takes the chance to introduce her to Rohan. Jaya’s pointed remarks towards Ranvijay create a tense atmosphere. In the midst of this, Vaiju accidentally bumps into Jaya, causing them both to fall.

Ranvijay rushes to help Vaiju, but Jaya suffers an electric shock. Frightened, Ranvijay wakes up to realize it was just a nightmare. He reassures Jaya that she is safe, though the unsettling dream lingers with him.

Ranvijay brings up a serious issue with Taai—some boys at the orphanage are reportedly involved in drug use. Taai is worried about the negative impact this could have on the ashram’s reputation and the reluctance it might cause among potential adopters. Ranvijay insists that the issue must be addressed urgently. Taai confronts the boys, warns them, and tells them to speak with Rohan for clarification.

In another scene, Ranvijay takes care of Vasundara, administering her medication. Rohan is visibly pleased by this act of kindness. Vaiju encourages Rohan to display his drawing, which impresses everyone with its detailed portrayal of the haveli. Ranvijay praises Rohan’s artistic talent and expresses his confidence in Rohan’s future success as a painter.
