Parineeti 4th September 2024 Written Update: Pari Reveals a Shocking Truth to Babli
The episode opens with Pari, clearly distressed, telling Gurpreet, “I’m so sorry for being late. Babli is like a sister to me, and I care about her deeply. You see me as your own Pari.” Gurpreet responds, “You are indeed like my Pari.” Pari then asks, “Can I ask you something, as if I were really Pari? Should a girl have to suffer her entire life? If a marriage only brings her sadness, should she go through with it just to avoid temporary issues? You know Daljit well. Please, don’t let this wedding happen.”
Gurpreet replies, “You understand why we’re going through with this wedding.” Pari argues, “You can’t correct one mistake by making another. You’re dooming her to a life of misery. If you’re determined to punish her, it would be kinder to burn her alive than to marry her to Daljit. Her life will be destroyed.” Gurpreet insists, “She deserves this for her actions. I know Daljit isn’t perfect, but she has shamed us. If we don’t go through with this wedding, we’ll lose our dignity. Please don’t interfere.” Pari pleads, “Please understand, he will ruin her life.” Gurpreet, however, insists that Babli’s actions have tarnished their family’s honor. Her uncle was the village head, and they cannot afford to lose their respect. The wedding will proceed as planned. Pari tries to argue further, but Gurpreet walks away.
Vikram apologizes to Sanju for his harsh behavior the previous day. He admits, “I see Neeti’s point now. You’re always upset with her, but she’s trying to help with this wedding and fix Babli’s situation.” Sanju acknowledges Vikram’s understanding. Neeti then enters and asks about their conversation. Sanju says, “There’s nothing to hide.” Neeti is then taken away by Gurinder. Meanwhile, Pari, still distraught, begs Gurpreet to stop the wedding. In a moment of frustration, she throws the ceremonial tray and declares, “I won’t let my sister marry Daljit!” Gurpreet is stunned and asks, “What did you just say?” Pari, in tears, hugs her. Babli then takes Pari inside while Gurpreet sits down, crying.
Sanju asks Neeti, “Where are the camera people? They need to record Pari’s confession.” Babli, speaking to Pari, asks, “Are you really Pari?” Pari nods. Babli, confused, questions, “Why did you lie to us? Why did you stay away?” Pari embraces her and says, “Please don’t cry.” Babli continues, “We’ve suffered so much since you left. Sanju was heartbroken, Tai Ji fell ill, and Neeti now controls this house. Pami says she wants to live the rest of her life as she did with Pari. She’s struggling.”
Babli then asks, “Why did you hide everything? They all loved you so much.” Pari responds, “Everyone here hated me, even Rajiv.” Babli can’t believe it. Pari explains, “People never saw Rajiv’s true nature. I forced him to marry Neeti, but he was pretending all along. He always loved Neeti. Gurinder always wanted Neeti as her daughter-in-law. To remove me from the picture, they pushed me off a cliff at the temple.” Babli is shocked. Pari continues, “Neeti pushed me into a well when I lost my child. Neeti, Rakesh, Gurinder, Daljit, and Sanju all tried to kill me. But God saved me and brought Ambika into my life. She gave me a reason to live and urged me to seek justice and revenge. I couldn’t do it as Pari, so I became Parvati.” Babli hugs her and apologizes, asking, “Why didn’t you tell me?” Babli warns, “Don’t reveal your truth to anyone. Be careful.” Pari explains, “I had no choice. No one understood me. I won’t let Neeti ruin your life. If Neeti demands my confession, I will do it.” Babli insists, “Don’t risk your plan for me. I will cancel the wedding myself. You should go home. They might be very angry and could kick me out, but I’ll come to you. Don’t tell Gurpreet; she’ll get too emotional and might complicate things. Go home.” Pari is worried about leaving Babli alone, but Babli reassures her, “Neeti will question you a lot if you stay. She wants to provoke you into confessing. You’ll win today. I will cancel the wedding.” Pari hugs her and wishes her good luck.
Babli then approaches Gurpreet, asking, “Where is Pari?” She insists they need to proceed to the mandap. Gurpreet hesitates, asking about Pari, but Babli insists they continue.
The priest completes the prayers, and Babli arrives at the mandap, recalling how Daljit mistreated her. Daljit, meanwhile, plots to ruin Babli’s life. Neeti asks Sanju, “Where is Parvati?” Sanju responds, “I saw her coming myself.” Neeti, confused, asks, “Where is she?” Sanju replies, “I don’t know.” Babli reaches the mandap and tells Daljit, “I need to talk to you.”
