Shaitani Rasmein 8th November 2024 Episode Update: Nethra’s Plan to Awaken Malik Through Veer

The episode kicks off with Nethra summoning Hridaykai to bring a vital item: a piece of Shatbhisha’s heart. Upon arriving, Hridaykai hands it over, revealing that this heart piece is from the daughter of Nikki and Piyush—a perfect offering to invoke Malik. Nethra’s plan is clear: to have Veer consume the heart, which will fully awaken Malik within him. Once Malik takes full control of Veer’s body, Nethra envisions him appearing before the world as her obedient servant, ready to carry out the revenge she has been plotting for years.

Meanwhile, Pinni lies awake in bed, haunted by troubling memories, especially the terrifying incident when Veer pushed her off the rooftop. Although she wakes up disturbed, the details of her nightmare are quickly erased from her mind. Nethra, watching her, reassures her that on this special night—her wedding night—she will be free from bad dreams. She convinces Pinni to follow family customs and meet her groom tonight. However, beneath her sweet words, Nethra secretly delights in the control she holds over Pinni, knowing that the bride is unaware of the dark fate that awaits her.

In another room, Veer is visibly restless, battling an intense internal fire. When Nethra arrives to check on him, Veer confesses that he feels as though this burning desire has existed inside him for countless lifetimes. Trying to help, Nethra offers him water, but Veer reveals that his strange hunger led him to eat meat—something he never would have done, being a vegetarian. Nethra is shocked by his confession and suspects the villagers may have slipped something into his drink. She assures him that Bhavani will prepare a remedy to erase his hallucinations and return him to his senses.

At the same time, Vikram and Sumitra are consumed by the grief of Suguna’s untimely death. Fueled by anger and a thirst for justice, Vikram’s royal blood awakens, and he vows to find Suguna’s killer. Sumitra, however, reminds him of the vows they made to abandon their violent past. Undeterred, Vikram insists that Suguna was like a sister to him, and he cannot allow her death to go unpunished. He pleads with Sumitra to use her dark knowledge to summon spirits and uncover the identity of the murderer. Reluctantly, Sumitra agrees, suggesting they perform a “Pret Jagran” ritual to call upon Suguna’s spirit.

As the ritual begins, Bhavani grinds the piece of Shatbhisha’s heart, preparing it for the ceremony. Sumitra tells Vikram that the ritual requires blood from someone close to Suguna. Without hesitation, Vikram cuts his palm, offering his blood to summon Suguna’s spirit. Sumitra uses the blood to anoint Suguna’s corpse, calling for her soul to enter and reveal the truth about her death.

Meanwhile, back with Veer, Nethra offers him a drink concocted by Bhavani, claiming that it will stop his hallucinations and quell his strange cravings. Though Veer hesitates, Nethra teases him, reminding him of his childhood refusal to take medicine. He finally drinks the potion, grimacing at its awful taste. As he does, Nethra watches in satisfaction as his eyes begin to turn a fiery red—signifying the next phase in Malik’s transformation within him.

On the other side of the house, Pinni, now dressed in her bridal attire, gazes at her family’s photographs, feeling a mix of nostalgia and sadness. She touches a photo of Sumitra, but in doing so, the frame falls, and she accidentally cuts her finger. As she continues to prepare for the night, Nethra gleefully declares that by the end of this evening, Veer will have fully transformed into Malik. Bhavani confirms that Malik has been reborn in Bhurangarh, and will soon fulfill his deadly mission: devouring Shatbhisha Pinni to complete Nethra’s dark plot.

As the episode draws to a close, the tension escalates. Veer stands on the brink of becoming the powerful and malevolent Malik, while Pinni unknowingly marches toward a tragic wedding night.
