Shaitani Rasmein 9th October 2024 Written Episode Update: Bhavani Enters Vikram’s House on Nethra’s Orders

The episode kicks off with Bhavani calling out, asking if anyone is there. Vikram, growing suspicious, wonders if this is the same individual who recently tried to break the bhoot bandha (spirit seal). Suguna, taking no chances, decides to investigate and brings Rudraksh along. As she confronts the unknown figure, Vikram and Sumitra step outside to see what’s going on. To their astonishment, they find Bhavani disguised as a Brahmin priest. Vikram, taken aback, exclaims, “Bhavani!” Sumitra, equally stunned, asks, “Are you really alive?” Bhavani gravely responds, “I’ve been searching for you for the last 20 years.”

Suguna offers to invite him in, but Bhavani hesitates, explaining that he needs permission from his Malik (master) before entering. Vikram, slightly puzzled, insists that Bhavani come inside. Reluctantly, Bhavani agrees, stepping over the threshold just as Nethra, observing from afar, grins slyly. She mutters under her breath, “As long as a family member invites them in, anyone can enter.”

Once inside, Vikram shares how he long believed Bhavani to be dead and expresses his overwhelming joy at seeing him alive. The two embrace warmly. Bhavani explains that he narrowly escaped death and has been on the run ever since. Suguna goes to fetch water while Sumitra presses Bhavani to reveal where he has been all these years. Bhavani recounts how, after aimlessly wandering for a long time, he encountered a sanyasi (sage) who took him in. However, Bhavani’s mind drifts to darker memories—specifically, Nethra’s cruel torture that broke his spirit and forced him to submit to her will. He remembers her chilling words: “Welcome to the world of shadows. You will now be my right hand.” With no other choice, Bhavani swore lifelong loyalty to her, calling her Malkin (mistress), while also learning dangerous black magic, including the occult art of tantra vidya (forbidden knowledge).

Bhavani then inquires about Piyush and Nikki, and Vikram, with sorrow in his eyes, informs him of their deaths following Malik’s demise. At that moment, Pinni enters the room, curious about who they’re talking to. Bhavani looks at her with interest, and Vikram introduces her as Nikki and Piyush’s daughter. Suguna adds, “Bhavani and I used to look after your father.” Intrigued, Pinni asks Bhavani to tell her more about her parents and questions whether he’ll be staying with them. Vikram confirms that Bhavani will indeed stay. Pinni offers to help with Bhavani’s belongings, but he declines politely. As she leads him inside, Vikram quietly warns Sumitra, “We must ensure Bhavani doesn’t reveal the truth about Bhurangarh to Pinni.”

Meanwhile, Ruhi is excited about an upcoming wedding in the family and cheerfully mentions that another bhabhi (sister-in-law) will soon be part of the household. Nethra, always plotting, remarks that her only wish is to see Veer married. Veer, with tenderness, promises to fulfill all her dreams, expressing his regret that his grandmother can’t speak. Nethra, ever two-faced, puts on a sweet demeanor and says, “Maa ji is very happy.” However, things quickly take a darker turn when Nethra summons a servant and forcefully feeds sweets to Dadi (grandmother) in a threatening manner.

Back with Pinni, she innocently asks Bhavani whether her parents were brave like heroes or fearful like her grandparents. Bhavani reassures her, telling her that her parents were indeed courageous. Eager for more stories, Pinni presses for details. Just as Bhavani begins recounting some of their heroic deeds, Suguna interrupts, reminding him to freshen up before dinner. Pinni leads Bhavani to the washroom, her questions continuing as she wonders aloud if her parents ever skipped school. Bhavani, feeling the strain of the conversation, asks for a moment to clean up. As he washes his hands, he feels an unsettling presence in the house—Kalika’s spirit seems to linger.

Later, as everyone gathers for dinner, Pinni’s curiosity doesn’t wane. She once again asks Bhavani for more stories about her parents, but Bhavani, adhering to Vikram and Sumitra’s instructions, sticks to a sanitized version of events. Although Pinni feels disappointed, suspecting that Bhavani may not know the entire truth about her parents, she decides not to press the issue further. Meanwhile, Bhavani praises Vikram’s bravery, and Vikram admits how much stronger he feels with Bhavani by his side.

Later in the evening, Bhavani secretly contacts Nethra, reporting that he has successfully infiltrated Vikram’s home. Nethra, cold and calculating, directs Bhavani to proceed with the next phase of their plan—facilitating a union between Veer and Pinni. Bhavani, however, warns Nethra that an unknown force appears to be protecting Pinni, making things more complicated than expected.
