Shaitani Rasmein – Episode Recap for October 29, 2024
Nethra Disturbs Veer and Pinni’s Wedding Night
The episode begins with Pinni standing in her new room, feeling a strange sense of déjà vu. Her eyes land on a cake that says “Welcome Home Pinni,” accompanied by chocolates and champagne. Overjoyed, she declares the room ideal, savoring a chocolate and imagining it must have come straight from a magazine. With excitement bubbling, she claims the room as hers and jumps onto the bed, envisioning how perfect it would be for camping with her friends and their boyfriends if only the furniture were out of the way.
As she unpacks, Pinni discovers a photo of her grandparents, wishing they could witness her joy. She also finds photos of Suguna and her friends, feeling a surge of happiness. However, her contentment is short-lived when she suddenly feels an unsettling presence behind her. Realizing her phone is missing, she decides to go outside to look for it.
Outside, she encounters Bhavani, who is waiting. Pinni explains she left her phone outside, and after asking Murthy—who claims he hasn’t seen it—Bhavani tells her it’s charging. Oblivious to Bhavani’s sly smirk as she discreetly hides the phone, Pinni goes back inside.
After some time, Pinni lies down and falls asleep. When she awakens in the evening, concern washes over her as she realizes Veer hasn’t yet arrived. Remembering it’s her wedding night, she rummages through Veer’s cupboard and finds a beautiful saree and jewelry. Excitedly, she decides to dress up for the occasion.
Meanwhile, Veer is busy adorning their room, with Ruhi playfully teasing him about his enthusiasm. Veer passionately declares his love for Pinni, while Nethra watches with a concerned expression, thinking he must control his emotions for the next three days.
After donning the saree and jewelry, Pinni is surprised when Veer enters and pulls her close. She compliments the romantic atmosphere he has created, calling it a dream. Veer responds that this dream is mutual, promising not to let it fade. Just as they lean in closer, a knock at the door interrupts their intimate moment.
Veer opens the door to find Murthy, who informs him that Bhabhi Sa is calling. Puzzled, Veer asks for the reason, but Murthy is unsure. He reassures Pinni that he’ll return shortly and steps out to speak with Nethra.
Nethra questions Veer about his plans for the night. After he explains the room decorations, she cautions him that their wedding night cannot proceed just yet due to family customs requiring an auspicious time, which pushes their celebration three days into the future. Nethra shares that she refrained from telling Pinni to avoid upsetting her. Veer agrees to take charge of the situation and promises to explain the customs to Pinni.
Returning to the room, Veer is met with a warm hug from Pinni, who begs him not to leave her. He comforts her, but when he reveals Nethra’s news about their postponed wedding night, Pinni surprisingly takes it in stride. She reassures him that it’s alright, suggesting they can continue to build their love story. They share a laugh, acknowledging that their cinematic romance is still unfolding, and Pinni playfully insists on waiting three days.
Meanwhile, Nethra gathers Bhavani, Murthy, Gulabo, and Ruhi to strategize regarding Pinni. She voices her concerns about Pinni potentially discovering her parents’ hidden secrets within the haveli. Murthy promises to remain vigilant, while Gulabo ominously states that Pinni cannot survive beyond three hours. Ruhi jokingly suggests ordering burial clothes to expedite the last rites. Nethra chillingly responds that there will be no last rites, as Pinni’s fate serves a more sinister purpose, fulfilling her 21 years of devotion within three days. The group shares a dark laugh as they prepare for the unfolding events.
