Shiv Shakti Written Episode Updated – 1st September 2024: Jalandhar’s Downfall

The episode begins with Vrinda making a heartfelt plea to Narayan. She asks him to apply color to her hand if he believes that her prayers to him and Mahadev were never intended to harm her husband. Vrinda explains that her husband, Jalandhar, chose a path of wrongdoing and accepted the consequences of his actions.

She is ready to accept widowhood to honor his choices. Meanwhile, on the battlefield, Mahadev faces Jalandhar. A strong protective shield surrounds Jalandhar, making him feel invincible. Confidently, Jalandhar declares that Mahadev cannot harm him.

As Narayan applies color to Vrinda’s hand, Jalandhar’s protective shield shatters, leaving him shocked and vulnerable. Mahadev, with a stern voice, tells Jalandhar that it is his duty to stop wrongdoing, even if it is done by his own son. Jalandhar, accepting his fate, says that he seeks an end, not forgiveness.

In a critical moment, Mahadev throws his trishul, beheading Jalandhar. Jalandhar’s body falls to the ground, and Mahadev, Parvati, and Sagar Raj mourn his death. The gods and other family members gather to witness the somber scene.

Mahadev holds Jalandhar’s lifeless hand, while Vrinda rushes to his body, crying. She asks Parvati if the bangles she gave her were as a daughter-in-law and not just as a devotee. Parvati nods, confirming this.

Vrinda then begs Mahadev to grant Jalandhar moksha (salvation) according to his last wish. Narayan and the others also request this of Mahadev. However, Mahadev, with firm determination, declares that he will not grant Jalandhar moksha.
