Shrimad Ramayan 6th September 2024 Written Episode Updated: Raavan’s Sinister Plot – Misleading the People

The episode begins with the citizens of Ayodhya enjoying sweets, celebrating in peace. However, Sahasramukh Raavan’s expression darkens when he hears troubling news. He angrily remarks that this news has surfaced precisely 14 years after Ram and Sita returned from their exile. A man asks him to clarify, and Raavan explains that it coincides with Ram and Sita’s return from Vanvaas.

Distressed, the man watches as Raavan, feigning deep sorrow, starts hitting his head against the wall. The crowd rushes to stop him, but Raavan continues his act, lamenting about Sita’s abduction and the six months she spent as a prisoner in Lanka. A bystander tells Raavan to take his grievances directly to Ram, but Raavan insists the people must not shame Ram with their questions.

He reminds them that Ram fought and killed Raavan to save Sita, and as whispers spread among the crowd, Raavan uses his dark magic to turn the sweets into ashes, revealing his true intentions.

Elsewhere, a priest attempts to calm the people’s concerns about why Ram and Sita did not have children during their 14-year exile. Raavan confronts the priest, demanding evidence for his reassurances, and then leaves, sowing seeds of doubt among the crowd.

Meanwhile, Hanuman is seen keeping the vanars (monkey warriors) busy with various tasks, earning praise from Sugreev for his dedication. Sugreev then informs Hanuman that Ram is preparing to leave for battle, and despite his exhaustion, Hanuman remains determined to stay by Ram’s side.

Sugreev further reveals that the vanar sena (monkey army) will not be joining this battle. Overhearing this, Raavan is intrigued by Ram’s plan to fight Bhaskand and wonders why Ram would choose to leave when Sita, who is pregnant, needs him by her side.

In the palace, Sita arrives for a meal, and Kaikeyi and Kaushalya lovingly encourage her to eat. However, Sita, lost in thoughts of Ram, declines. Kaikeyi gently remarks that their child will likely be just like Ram, who was once fussy about his food.

Sensing Sita’s sadness, Kaushalya asks what’s troubling her. Just then, news arrives that Ram is preparing for battle. Kaushalya urges Sita to remain strong and see Ram off with the grace of a queen.

As Ram prepares for battle, Sita approaches him, expressing her sorrow over his departure. Ram explains that protecting the kingdom is his duty. Sita wishes to accompany him, but Ram reassures her that this temporary separation will strengthen their unborn child.

He reminds her that she will have plenty of time to share stories of their journey in the forest with their child. He praises Sita as his greatest strength and asks her to continue supporting him. Sita promises to stand by him always.

Sita then hands Ram his bow and arrow, the Dhanush, acknowledging that while he could have sent someone else, his decision to lead the battle himself shows the gravity of the situation. She wishes him success and urges him to return soon for their child. With his brothers at his side, Ram heads off to battle.

Before he leaves, Kaushalya reminds Ram to return in time for an important ceremony for Sita. Ram promises a swift return, explaining that his mission is to protect Ayodhya. Sugreev and Jambvanth offer to accompany him, but Ram assures them that he will be back soon and asks them to stay behind.

Addressing his soldiers, Ram advises that those who are elderly, newly married, or weak should refrain from joining the battle. When one soldier protests, feeling denied the chance to serve the kingdom, Ram gently explains that this battle is not a mandatory duty for everyone, but a responsibility he has chosen to fulfill for the safety and well-being of Ayodhya.
