Udne Ki Aasha 9th October 2024 Written Episode Update: Sachin’s Quick Thinking Saves Paresh from Harm

The episode opens with a heated confrontation where Sachin finds himself unjustly accused of stealing a mobile phone by Kapoor and his associates. Although visibly irritated, Sachin calmly denies the false accusations, asserting that he has no need to resort to theft. Just as tensions are about to boil over, another man arrives with the missing phone in hand, revealing that Kapoor had forgotten it at the badminton court.

Embarrassed, the group turns their criticism towards Kapoor for making baseless accusations. Sachin, however, steps forward, asking them not to blow things out of proportion. He vents his frustration, stating, “You were quick to point fingers at me despite my assurances. I’m only in this position due to circumstances, not because I’m a thief.” While the men apologize, Sachin reflects on how those with wealth often struggle to offer a sincere apology. Nearby, Sayali listens to the exchange, her eyes welling up with tears.

Seeing how the situation has affected Sachin, one of the men offers some comforting words, explaining that everyone goes through hard times, but things will eventually improve. Moved by Sachin’s humiliation, Sayali feels compelled to act. Determined to help, she decides to confront the moneylender and retrieve Sachin’s car.

At the moneylender’s office, Sayali introduces herself as Sachin’s wife and requests an urgent meeting. She explains that she needs to return home soon to look after her ailing father-in-law, Paresh. However, her plea is met with indifference, as the receptionist rudely asks her to wait. Concerned about Paresh, Sayali quickly calls home to remind him to eat and take his medication. Paresh reassures her that all is well and encourages her to stay focused on her task.

When Sayali finally gets her chance to speak with the moneylender, her efforts are dismissed. He coldly tells her to stop causing a scene. A bystander, overhearing the conversation, advises Sayali to return the following day, explaining that her husband’s past altercation with the moneylender makes it unlikely that he will return the car anytime soon. With no other choice, Sayali thanks the woman for her advice and heads home, disheartened.

Back at home, Paresh prepares to have his meal when Sachin arrives and immediately checks if Paresh has eaten. Paresh tells him that Sayali is out taking care of some errands, and Renu and Shakku are out shopping. Insisting that Paresh relax, Sachin offers to serve the meal. However, as he begins to prepare the food, he is horrified to find a lizard in the dal. Startled, he rushes to prevent Paresh from eating the contaminated food and quickly throws it away.

Confused, Paresh questions Sachin’s actions. Overwhelmed with relief, Sachin hugs Paresh tightly and tearfully thanks Bappa (God) for saving him from what could have been a dangerous mistake. Paresh, still unsure of what’s happening, asks Sachin to explain, and Sachin shows him the lizard that had fallen into the food. Shocked, Paresh wonders how such an accident could have happened. Sachin is relieved to hear that Paresh hadn’t eaten anything yet and takes comfort in knowing he averted a potential disaster.

Shortly afterward, Renu and Shakku return home, casually discussing Akash’s upcoming visit. Sachin immediately confronts them, demanding to know why they left Paresh alone at home. Renu, caught off guard, tries to explain that she had urgent errands to run and asks if Paresh is alright. Paresh reassures her, but Sachin points out the lizard incident, emphasizing that the food had been left uncovered. Alarmed, Renu asks if Paresh had eaten any of the contaminated food, and upon learning that he hadn’t, she quickly shifts the blame to Sayali, accusing her of being careless.

Though Shakku knows that it was actually Renu who had failed to cover the food, she chooses to remain silent. As the tension in the house escalates, Sayali arrives home, unaware of the drama that unfolded in her absence. She innocently asks Paresh if he’s eaten, only to be met with a harsh scolding from Renu, who blames her for letting the food spoil. Confused and taken aback, Sayali tries to explain that she was out attending to important matters. However, Sachin, still angry, shows her the lizard in the pot, leaving Sayali shocked and speechless.

Later, Manya returns with Sachin’s car, and he is overcome with gratitude towards Sayali for her efforts. Paresh acknowledges her dedication, saying, “Sayali truly deserves your thanks.”
