The episode opens with Armaan and Abhira preparing to take their baby for his first vaccination, an important milestone for them both. Dadi, determined, insists, “We’re all coming for BSP’s vaccination!” Although Abhira hesitates, explaining that the hospital might not permit such a large group, she ultimately agrees to let everyone come along. Ruhi stands off to the side, quietly watching, a hint of sadness in her expression. Manisha, who feels overlooked, shares her feelings with Ruhi, admitting she feels lonely and that her presence seems unnoticed by the family.

At the hospital, the doctor, seeing the large group, jokes about the crowd gathered for one baby’s vaccination. Dadi reassures the doctor that they won’t get in the way. When it’s time for the injection, Abhira asks the family to help distract the baby, and they all blow soap bubbles to keep him entertained. Enchanted by the bubbles, the baby barely notices the shot. The doctor praises Abhira’s thoughtful approach, which leaves her smiling proudly, feeling reassured in her new role as a mother.

On the drive home, Armaan notices a jeep approaching recklessly. He quickly pulls their car aside, avoiding a collision, though the sudden stop causes Manish to bump his head. Although he’s unharmed, Abhira, shaken by the close call, angrily confronts the jeep driver. The man dismisses her frustration, claiming he doesn’t have time for arguments. When Manish intervenes, the man retorts with a pointed remark about how everyone has made mistakes in life. After a tense exchange, he leaves abruptly, leaving the group in uneasy silence. Armaan suggests they don’t tell the family about the incident, while Swarna advises Abhira to protect her baby from any lingering negative energy.

Back at home, Dadi sees Manisha looking downcast and offers to comfort her. Initially reluctant, Manisha finally accepts Dadi’s support. Dadi encourages her to stay resilient and privately resolves to help Manoj however she can. Meanwhile, Rohit is playing with the baby, who suddenly starts crying at the sight of a specific teddy bear. Armaan steps in to calm him, showing a soothing presence, and Rohit praises him for his fatherly touch. Later, when Rohit receives a call from the doctor, they’re reassured that Ruhi’s health has improved, and a nurse’s assistance is no longer necessary. The two men share a look, as if holding onto a mutual secret.

Elsewhere, Krish and Charu try to lift Kiara’s spirits, as she’s feeling down after Aryan left. They invite her to a concert in Udaipur, which brightens her mood. As they snack together, Charu hands her a chocolate with a fortune inside that reads, “Your life is about to change.” Kiara smiles, looking forward to what the future may bring, her sadness momentarily forgotten.

Later, a mysterious man appears at the Goenka house and throws a stone, shattering a window. Manish hears the noise and looks to investigate. Inside, Vidya checks on the baby, while Dadi shares her concern that the baby might inherit Abhira’s bold personality. Abhira playfully defends her son, proudly saying he’s strong—he didn’t even develop a fever after his vaccination. The family begins to discuss potential names, and Abhira excitedly suggests names like “Sherdil” and “Prabal Pratap.” Armaan, however, laughs, gently declining the names and reminding her their child is sweet-natured, not a warrior.

Ruhi observes from a distance, feeling emotional as she watches the family’s attention focused on the baby. She walks away in tears, with Rohit noticing her sadness from afar, concern etched on his face.
